ScanTrip makes scan-to-file processes easier, uploading documents scanned on bizhub™ multifunctional systems and storing them as a GROUP 4 TIFF on the hard drive of your bizhub.  ScanTrip automatically polls TIFF files, stores scanned images on the network or your PC in any folder you choose, and allows you to determine the frequency of your search (from once per minute to once per hour).

An intuitive interface provides quick and easy file management functions -- letting you view scanned files, retrieve files to the directory of your choice, and delete files.  You can also import files into an OCR package for editing and attach files to Emails for simple distribution.
